So this is my current weight. I have been in a slump for the last few weeks since my marathon and I haven't worked out much at all. I really owe it to the fact that I had no plan in place for an off season training program. I sat down yesterday to plan out the next few weeks to give me some structure and to keep me on track toward my fitness goals. My plan is to do 3 days of weight training on Mon, Wed, and Friday. I will try to get to the pool on Tuesday and Thursday mornings to get in some swimming. I think that if I try to do more than 2 days during the winter it just won't happen. I think it would remind me too much of swim team in high school. I really grew to hate those cold dark mornings. In addition to the weight training on Mon, Wed, and Friday I am planning on getting my biking in and adding an extra day for a longer ride on Saturday. As far as my running, I am planning on taking some time off to let my joints recover. I plan on switching to the elliptical untill I lose at least 20 pounds. I think that in the long run my body will thank me. I will plan on getting on the elliptical on Tues, Thursday and Sunday at least for now.

Sounds like a solid plan. I think the elliptical is a great machine to help with weight loss. Before I started running I used the elliptical all the time. Good luck with the plan!
